AHS Regional 4 Conference, July 27-29 2018

You can use this online registration form to register attendees and their companions. Please fill out the form and press the Submit button at the bottom. You can also register by regular mail if you download a printable version of this form here.

The registration fee covers the Friday and Saturday evening dinners, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, the garden bus tour, access to all convention activities and a free T-shirt. Your total is displayed on the right of the screen and will be updated automatically as you fill in the form. Start by filling in the name of the first attendee.

Companions

Companions are those who will accompany attendees for dinner and/or optional tours, but will not attend the conference. They will be charged only for the options they register. All options depend on availability. ?
